I-485 case not assigned to officer

Gurus, Please throw some light on this.

 

PD: 4 Nov 2008

RFE: June 10 received on June20 2014 (EVL+ Medica, Medical for wife and kid)

RFE Response Received : July21 2014

 

so far no approval

 

Call made on August 7th 2014 to immegration officer, she told me that case was not assigned to officer.

 

How many days it will take to assign the case to officer?

When I called on July 24th the L1 officer told me that my case was assigned to an officer on July 23. Still waiting for approval......
