sudiptos Posted August 7, 2014 Report Share Posted August 7, 2014 My attorney tried to port PD of my previous I140. We filed it in premium process. It got approved on Aug 1. We have not recived the approval notice yet. Can someone tell me how much time it takes to get the hard copy of approval notice after case approval. And is there any way to know the priority date of the I140 other than approval notice. Link to comment
