champswc2011
Hi, I changed employers in Jan 2014. My previous employer revoked H-1B petition after I resigned. In June 2014, I got a case-update e-mail from USCIS stating that my H-1B petition with my previous employer was revoked. I have a H-1B visa stamp valid until Jan 2015 with the previous employer name on it. What to answer this question in DS - 160? "Has your US Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?" Thank you! jairichi
Answer is NO. Only petition was revoked and it has nothing to do with revocation. Link to comment

anilbeereddy
Answer should be No as your H1b petition was only revoked not your visa. Link to comment
