I have decided to go to Visa interview this month with one of the company. If i unfortunately have a rejection, can i attend the visa with the second employer.

Please let me know.

If both are approved then yes, you can.

yes you can but usually this is not the right way to get H1b. Because of you and lottery one other qualified candidate may have missed the lottery. and not picked up...... would not be surprise if it gets rejected .....

Multiple applications are only counted once for the quota.

And as I had said before the lottery started, multiple applications are lumped together and counted as one, and if selected, all are selected.

Thanks all for the response.

In the two employers that have filed for me, employer-1 has filled as internal project and employer-2 with client letter from my friends company which has around 10 employees. This company is not a consulting company but a true IT company with all doing their own client work. My friends has multiple clients who give him work regulalrly so he hired few people and running the company.

The question is who do you suggest. Employer -1 with in-house or employer-2 with small company's client letter.

BTW both the employers who files are of same size with 40-50 employees each.

Thanks again !!!

Employer 2, clearly Employer1's  is a fake employment.

Both look very shady.

I suggest finding a real company, not some frauds.

I am not sure why you think both are shady.  Just about myself i have about 14 years of exp, out of which i spent 8 years in US in a full time job and never as contractor.

I got my H1 process employer-1 above with a company where a friend of mine has been working for about 5 years and got a GC.  Employer-2 as i mentioned also has a friends through which he got GC, and the client is a small but genuine company who has a product and sells it to transport companies.

Hope this will be sufficient to suggest who to proceed with.

Thanks again !!

In-house project is a known code-word for "on bench." That makes employer one shady.

For employer two, you said it is your "friends company." That formulation also makes it look shady. If it is just the company your friend works for, that is something rather different. Being precise matters.
