H1B Renewal Approved

Hello There,

 

I was working there in US from Feb 2007 to Aug 2009, I came back to India after that due to some personal reasons, I had my own small business set up related to my field in India, now My same Employer to whom I was working in US had a requirement and I have cleared the Interview and the Client has offered me the position, My Employer has filed the extension and my H1B is approved with all the required documents, I had to go for Visa stamping now, Could you please let me know the list of documents and kind of questions that I would be asked.

All H1 related documents including the Client letter, LCA etc. Questions would be the same as for any H1 Interview.

I129 with LCA, I797, offer letter, client letter and any other additional documents you think is necessary. Any question related to you, employer, client and profession.
