H1 transfer approved - Incorrect beneficiary name

Hi,

 

I got H1 transfer approval email today and it has incorrect beneficiary name. As per my lawyer, it's a minor issue and I can resign from current employer.

 

Does anyone know if this is serious and will cause any issue? Also is it possible that receipt has incorrect name, but I-797 has correct details.

As long as I129 and I797 has correct entry there is no need to worry.
