DS 160 Form Questions

Hi, 

 

Can anyone please answer the below questions which I have when I am filling my DS-160

 

Temporary Work Visa (Where you intended to work?)

Here I need to give client address or employer address?

 

Any Immediate relatives?

I have a sibling who came on dependent visa and when she came on h4 she gave my name when she filled her ds 160 form and now she got green card so should I answer "Yes" or "No" for this. If I answer "Yes" do i need to give her status that she is on LPR?

Where do you intend to work? fill you employer address because under that they are asking "Name of your employer? & Street Address"

 

Immediate relatives: Yes you have to mention correct information, If you have spouse or real brother/sister or parents. Mention their current visa status.

 I am giving client address and for Name of your employer - client name (employer name) and street address as client address as I am working in client loc.
