H1B visa stamping in Perth, Australia

I am planning to visit my sister in Australia with my son who is an US citizen.  What are the chances of rejection when I go for H1B stamping in Perth, Australia.  

 

 

I got my H1B extension for 3 years , 3 months ago.  But I found out that my employer was arrested last year under some counts of bribery. And a case has been filed.   As of today, I see the case is still under the court and no verdict has being given.  

 

My question is,

 

1)  Will the case of my employer affect my travel as well as my visa stamping in Perth, Australia ?

It would definitely affect your visa stamping...they might put you under 221g. plan to stay for quite sometime in Australia. OR change your employer.

If I were you I would simply change my employer. I won't take ANY risk w.r.t immigration.
