H1B regular processing for 2014 quota

Hi All

 

My application was selected in lottery 2014 successfully on April 10th. It was applied RP. Since then the status is "Initial Review" till today.

 

1. How long should I wait?

2. What are the possibilities for my application getting approved?

3. What should be my next step moving forward?

 

Please help me to get insight on this asap.

th employer has to handle that. It is his application. The employer could change it to premium processing, of course.

1. No specific time line.

2. Chances of approval are based on documents submitted.

3. Nothing for the time.

 

You can ask your employer to upgrade to PP.
