Change Of Status from H1-F1 pending issue

Hi,

 

I was on H1 and due to College Accreditation issue my H1 got Revoked on June **, 2014. I sensed the issue and applied for Change of Status to F1 on April **th, 2014 (decision is still pending from USCIS).

 

1. Am I eligible to stay in US since my Change of Status to F1 application decision is still pending from USCIS?
   
2. What are the chances of Change of Status getting Approved?
   
3. I have enrolled in the school in April and finished one semester. Am I eligible to enroll for fall semester which is going to start in September and continue my studies since Change of status is still pending from USCIS?

Admission to a real university takes several months to decide.

Yes, you can. But, as JoeF said you need to be careful about your university as it takes time to get admission in a good university.

It doesn't matter where you go. Your university should be accredited, is it or not??

Is that university you applied to a real one, accredited and reputed?

Or is it yet another unaccredited fraud or a similarly shady institution?
