The company which filed my H1B is out of business and doesnot exist anymore.Can some other company utilize the H1B quota ? H1B was filed in 2008. Thanks Link to comment
jairichi Posted August 5, 2014 Report Share Posted August 5, 2014 Yes, an employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition for you. On approval you can travel with a valid H1B visa and I797. Talk to an attorney of Murthy law firm to get an idea. Link to comment
