In interview appointment letter I have my first & last name while in DS160 there are two lines Surnames (where I put my last name) and Given names (?). So in Given names should I put First name & Middle name? Will it be any problem if appointment letter has only first & last names while DS160 has first-middle-last names? I am asking this question because I have read one forum where someone uploaded his photo with spectacles in DS160 & he had prob. Kindly pls advice. Thanks Link to comment
