Does Medical Examination required for H1B and H4 Visa

Hi,

 

I have very simple question here.

 

Do I require to have medical exam for me and my family to attend first ever visa interview (h1-me and h4 for my family).  In my family I have my wife and 2.5 years old son. I am in Mexico on permanent job role and I am applying for H1. Before coming to Mexico my son had gone all vaccinations done in India.

 

Please advise.
