Another topic on In house project

Hi,

I got my cap exempt H1 approved through PP . The petitioner is a 5 yr old company with a group of experts and they have  a client base of Fortune 10 companies. Few questions

 

1) In the petition support letter while filing I129, they mention its a "Information Technology Consulting company" but they are neither a body shop nor a desi/Telugu company providing just EVC. Does this ring a bell in VO s mind? 

 

2) MY LCA and I129 has the petitioners office location and have got it approved for an in house project. The Job description for me says software development, optimization and implementing specific tools on which I have the skills. The plan may be is to get me billed for some client projects once I am in US, which I will support from the petitioners office. Is this approach allowed >? I m sure he ll pay me the day i join the company, since he s not a shady employer. 

 

3) What documents i need in order to support my case while stamping?  since there isnt much project details given in the petition support letter. It talks about my roles, responsibilities and how much they will pay me etc. 

 

4) Is resume and offer letter mandatory within the filing packet to SCIS ? I dont see both of them but have copies myself.

haha thats hillarious...so all desi fraud companies are run by tele gu people
