Academich1 Posted August 4, 2014 Report Share Posted August 4, 2014 Hi, My wife(h4) and I( h1) have a visa stamp till Nov end. Now my employer has filedmy H1 extension and waiting for approval. But we have not file for h4 extension for my wife. Once I get my approval, if we go out of US and renter with the new H1 extension approval . Will my wife get a new I94 with the new approval date. If yes, is it still required to file a extension of stay for my wife. Just trying to avoid $290 for my wife. Thank you in advance . Regards Link to comment
