H1B stamping in India without client letter

Hi All,

 

I am working for a company A which is an Indian staffing company, the client I work has a clause for break in service for 3 months, my employer is asking to leave the country or he will rescind my H1 within 2 weeks but  I dont have visa stamping do you think I will have issues with Visa stamping if I go without Client letter.

 

Another thing to add is that Client that I work wants me to come back after 90 day duration.

You need a client letter for visa stamping. Or get a letter or email from client that they cannot provide a client letter
