H1b Extension LCA matches W2 but not base pay

Hello,

I had a question about my H1b extension.

My extension was applied with USCIS and it was approved.

I am planning to go in october for my VISA stamping. 

 

The question i had was regarding the LCA prevailling wage.

The amount mentioned in the LCA is $110000

my base i  $100000.

But the amount in my W2(gross) matches the amount in the LCA.

 

Would there be any problem with the above Scenario ?
