My H1B Extension with approved I-140 (Processing time info only)

The First Six Years of my H1B Visa will expire on September 30, 2014.

 

My Company has applied for my Extension based on the Approved I-140 (November 2012).

 

Applied Date: May 19, 2014

Status: Approved

Approved Date: July 30, 2014

Application Center: Vermont 

 

Note: Working for the same company from Day 1 of the FIrst year H1B. 

 

(This post is for letting the users know about the processing time only. I have no questions.)

 

Once I receive the I-797 from the Employer, I will post the time for which it was approved.

Received the I-797 from the attorney firm.

 

The H1B Extension is now valid from 10/01/2014 to 09/30/2017.
