Now my company X is refiling the case again.Mean while one more company Y(Prime Vendor) is ready to make H1b transfer with Client Z information. Can i do both filings at sametime. FYI: I haave valid H1b and I94 till Sep 30 and Please note for both company X and Y the client is same. Link to comment
