Does NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required for second visit to USA on B2 Tourist Visa

Hi, 

 

Can you please let me know whether NOC (No Objection Certificate) letter is required to keep/show at the POE for the second visit in B2 status for my Mom?

 

I understand that it is recommended for her to keep all other supporting documents (My husbands Bank Statements, Salary Slip, His H1B Extn Approval Notice (797A), etc .,).

But getting NOC is always a challenging task for us as she is working in a government school, and it has to flow through chain of government officials which demands time and effort.

Nothing required apart from the Ticket to come to the US.
