H1B - Extension RFE(right to control)

Hi,

 

Below are my 2 questions and looking for someones help and thanks in advance.

 

1. Other than client letter what are all the possible documents we can submit to address the H1-Extension RFE and the RFE is about Right to Control.

 

2. If i got my H1 extension denied prior to the end of my current H1 date. Can i still transfer my H1B to another employer.
