Family Based GC - Visa Extension

Hi there,

 

My parents are here in USA for visiting me and their I-94 is expiring on August 14 2014.

 

I have applied for their Green card based on my citizenship and I have received the receipt notice.

 

Do I need to do anything in order to extend their stay in USA or it is automatically adjusted based on the receipt.

 

Please advice.
