NIkeita
- 1.My current company (desi consulting ) filed my h1b petition in 2013 October -Current company, My Resume was marketed with 7 years’ experience (fake) and my real experience is 3 years 10 months back in india.. I think they filed my visa with real experience but i got project in 7 years of experience PS: I was on h4 visa before that.2. i gave interview to company B and now they want to transfer my visa and they asked to submit all documents with updated resume for h1b transfer. But i had applied for this job with 7 years resume and got interview call and cleared the interview . Now what resume i should provide to them for h1b transfer ? My Question is: a) When I send my documents to USCIS, will they compare my old resume / Petition information / DS160 (the one i sent for initial H1B from outside US) by time-frames, companies, skills(development Vs Consulting ect.)? b) Will there be any chance of rejection on H1B transfer?c) Can this impact to my current visa, if the H1B transfer rejection happened?Anybody having knowledge on this, please tell me how deep do they review the old and new resumes/petition/DS-160 for updates on skills, and employment details?I appreciate your help and time. Thanks. Link to comment
JoeF
Better come clean now. The longer that goes on, the harder it is going to be later. And next time, immediately quit if some company does fraud like this. Link to comment
