Supervised Recruitment after Audit ( EB3, PD Jan 2013 )

Hi, 

Here are the details of my case 

EB3 perm 

Priority date: Jan 2013 

Audit Received: Aug 2013 ( replied to audit in same month ) 

Supervised Recruitment received: July 2014. 

 

1. How much time does supervised recruitment take. 

2. What are the chances of accept and denial. 

3. I will enter 6th year of H1 on November 2015. My employer is not willing to apply 2nd perm. How long should i wait for supervised recruitment results before changing employer.
