I am planning to travel to India next month and come back on sep 5th which will be less than 30 days of my visa expiration. I have filled the H1B extension this week. I heard that I need to go for stamping before coming to US as its going to have less than 30 days of visa validity. Is that true? Appreciate your reply. Thanks, Link to comment
