Is 2nd Masters allowed on F1?

Hi,

 

I'm thinking of 2nd masters after my OPT expiration. I was interested in XYZ university's MS program and hence called up their DSO. She said that SEVIS transfer (in my case from ABC university where I completed my 1st masters to university XYZ where I would like to do 2nd MS) is not allowed if 2nd education/program level is same.....I can transfer SEVIS for PHD, but not for MS.

 

Is that correct?

No, that's not correct. You can't do another OPT on the same level, but you can study on the same level.

You can enroll for 2nd master's program.
