DS-160...Does American Consulate have Old details in Data Base

Hi.....hope to get a perfect answer to clear my doubts!

 

1.My F1 Visa was rejected twice in Feb and Aug/2004 @ Chennai consulate...wanna know if the details that i have furnished in the D-160 form( was DS-156 & 157 forms that time) would still exist in the data base of American Consulate ?.....i am expecting my H1 papers...so wanna know...

 

2.I had been to Uk on work permit from Oct-01 to Sep-02....in DS-160 form under "Additional work/education/training Information" its asked "if have you travelled to any countries within the last 5 years".....as i had been there almost close to 10 yrs  now ...i guess i need not mention that i have visited in the relavent field......appreciate for quick response.

Of course they have all the information from all your stays in the US.
