H1-B Stamping using drop box

I am planning to get my Visa stamped using drop box, as I have my previous h-1b with the same petitioner and it looks like I am meeting that criteria. Can someone share how long will it take for the stamping if I use drop box? Also are there any possibilities of getting 221g with drop box?

No specific timeline for getting a visa. The least would be 2 days. Yes, there is possibility of getting 221G.
