Visa Issued Date: 16th Oct 2007 Visa expiry: 31st May 2010 Entered US (Port of Entry) date: 16th Nov 2007 Returned to India :29th April 2009 Now (in 2014), other company B apply/transfer my H1 B with cap exempt?
