tsen2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Report Share Posted July 22, 2014 I had applied for J1 waiver from the state of Missouri and my new job might be in Texas. My NORI is still in process. So once I get my NORI will the same NORI apply or I have to apply for the waiver again from the state of Texas? And how long can I wait after i get my NORI process completed to apply for my H1B?
