Full time job. I have started working with new employer once i git the H1b Receipt. But I am very concerned as my H1B Visa status is in Initial review since Apr 16, 2014 and it is over 3 months now. So last week my company contacted to USCIS and I got this reply - "We called CIS today and they will create a service request. They asked that we allow 15 days to respond to the request. " My question is - What should i d now. Can i go with premium. Please help guys Thanks, AG Link to comment

Kal.911
No need to worry. You have the receipt and wait for 15 days as promised by USCIS. Seriously. what else can anybody do..only two choices.. 1) rather than wait for 15 days or 2) file PP NOW. Link to comment
