Raj-usa Posted July 20, 2014 Report Share Posted July 20, 2014 Hi, I had my H1B petition from Oct 2008 to Sep 2011 and had my H1B visa stamped, never travelled to USA. Current Employer in India filed Petiition under Cap Exempt and the validity of the Petition is from Feb 2014 to Jan 2017, He is not revealing the Petition number and don't think he will send me on some assignment. I would like to know if can file another petition from new employer under cap exempt based on the expired one, will there be any time limit for availing the exempt and any issue due to the existing petiiton from Current employer.
