subramanian81
I recently got my H1B transferred (July 2014) and planning to go on a vacation to india end of September 2014. I have to get my visa stamped when I go there. Would it be a problem - since it would only be 2.5 months since I joined the new company? So would there be a high possibility of rejection? or will I be ok?Note: The company that I am working for is a product company and not a consulting firm. Can you tell me if its safe to travel or should I postpone the trip? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
You are fine.Carry all H1B related documents including latest pay stubs from new employer. Link to comment
omshiv
You are good..I dont see any issues in stamping. But you have a good employer there who's allowing you to take vacation so early. Link to comment
