Working from Another Location - LCA needed? - ASAP

Hello Folks,

 

I have a question regarding my LCA. I am working Full-time for a company in Seattle, WA. Seattle is my work location. Last month, i moved to NJ and WFH from NJ. So do i need to apply for new LCA. I have an Amendment H1. But the only thing i am concerned is, If i am WFH from another STATE, do i need to apply for new LCA.

 

Please let me know ASAP.

Yes, you need an LCA that covers your work location, that is the physical location, i.e., in your case, your home.
