I485 - Identical RFE for Primary and Dependent

I recently received an RFE with regard to my pending I485. The USCIS wants me to submit: 1)Continued work authorizations 2) EVL 3) I-693 medical exams

 

My dependent wife has also received an identical RFE. How should I respond to items 1 and 2? She was on H4 and upon receiving the EAD has worked for a brief period only.

Proof of employment maybe couple of paystubs etc.
