Transfer of approved petition from out of USA

I applied for a H1b visa through a local US company(desi),mts  Company A. I am working for a MNC Company B out of US. My petition is seleted in lottery and is under process.

 

I want to get my petition transferred to Company B once approved.

 

My question is :

 

1. Can get this transfer done or initiate this transfer before October, once I get the approval confirmation, say some time in August ?

 

2. Does Company B will require the petition copy to initiate the transfer ?

 

3. What all documnets I need to collect from Company A before initiating the transfer by Company B.

 

4. What all documents will be required for this transfer before October, in such a case ?

Then why did you go with A why not B directly?
