Client changed this year in April 2014 so is there a need to file new LCA and/or amendement? If yes what date should be on new LCA and amendment? What should be the process in respect of new LCA and amendment if i want to apply for extension in july 2014 and go for extended h1 stamping in dec 2014? Please advice Link to comment
