tan_sur69
HelloI got my H1B visa stamped successfully in year 2008 and due to personal reasons I could not travel to the usa (did not use my visa). This visa got expired in year 2011. The question is can I reinistate H1-B to avoid the process of going through the quota again. If I can resinstate, how long will the process take and how soon can I start working in the US?Please clarify if it is possible for your law firm to process this reinstatement or will you be only providing the consultation on the reinstatement. . I am currently working in India. Please let me know if you need further information. Link to comment
pontevecchio
This is a forum. If you want the firm to act for you get in touch with them. It is possible to get a H1 sponsor for a non cap filing as you have been cap counted once. The devil is in the details. Talk to the firm. Link to comment
jairichi
An employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition and it can be done anytime. Link to comment
