tan_sur69 Posted July 2, 2014 Report Share Posted July 2, 2014 HelloI got my H1B visa stamped successfully in year 2008 and due to personal reasons I could not travel to the usa (did not use my visa).This visa got expired in year 2011. The question is can I reinistate H1-B to avoid the process of going through the quota again. If I can resinstate, how long will the process take and how soon can I start working in the US?Please clarify if it is possible for your law firm to process this reinstatement or will you be only providing the consultation on the reinstatement. .
