faizan002 Posted June 26, 2014 Report Share Posted June 26, 2014 Hello everyone, Last month I have been to India for my h1b stamping.Now after returning back I checked my i94 and it got updated with 20 Sep 2015 as admit date whereas my h1b is valid until Sep30 2016. What does that mean and can I travel after 20 Sep 2015 ?? do I have to get it rectified ? Please help.Thanks in advance. Link to comment

If NO then exit and enter US a few days before 20 Sep 2015 to get extended I94. Link to comment
