Visa transfer without working for the petitioner.

I am currently working with employer A in India. Got visa stamped recently for a company B in USA. 

Now my current company A, wishes to retain me and wants to get the visa transferred to them so that I can work for company A in USA. 

1. Is it possible to get visa transferred without even travelling to USA ?

2. Will I need to reappear for visa stamping if the visa is transferred ?

3. Visa got stamped with company B recently. Getting it transferred so soon will cause any issues?

4. Any other issues which I may face ?

1. That's not visa transfer, its just H1 transfer means changing the employer. Yes, that's possible
