L1B visa maxing out with in 1 month of my wife's delivery.

I am currently on L1B visa. And wife is pregnant now with due date of July 14 2014. My stay on L1 is getting maxed out (5 years) on 12th of August.

We don't have enough time to complete all the formalities of the new born( getting SSN, passport and visa/pio card for new born)

Please suggest me the options I have. Is there any way to get more time ( May be additional month ) to complete all the formalities to take back the new born to India with us.

Apply for COS to B2 before your max out date.

 

2 weeks to get SSN.

5 days to get US passport if you apply at National Passport Agency in your state.

45 days to get PIO card.
