Will Out of Status affect Spouses H1B Transfer

Hello,

 

I have a question regarding my spouses H1B transfer process.

 

My employment was terminated as of April 29th and my H1B was revoked on the 27th of may by the USCIS. Another company has filed for my H1 again on the 10th of June and I have received the receipt.

 

My spouse has been on a H1B with a big company since the past 3 years and is applying for transfer to another company. Will her H1B transfer get affected due to me having overstayed for 40 days?. 

 

Any help on this would be great.
