CP -I-140 and I-824 Approved. Dates Current

Hi,

Here is my situation -

I worked for a company in US on H-1 visa from 2005 - 2008. My 3-year H1B extension was denied and I returned to India in 2008. In 2010, my company filed another
H1B petition for me for which approval was again denied.

My company filed for my Green Card Processing on EB2 ( I have a MS degree from US) in May 2007.

In the course of my Green Card processing under EB2, my labor and
I-140 were approved in 2007/2008. My priority date is around 5th May'2007.

My I-824 was filed from India in September'2011. This was approved on March6th 2012.
Per July'2014 bulletin, dates are current in my case. I understand from my attorney that I should be getting a Packet by mail from NVC with instructions on needed paperwork and filing fee details. I called NVC and quoted my I-824 filing number starting with SRC....

I was told by NVC that they do not have my record with the Application (SRC) number that I quoted. I was asked to contact USCIS. What is the best way to contact USCIS. Their toll free number is hard to connect from India.

My Questions -
How do I know what USCIS will send to NVC? and what is the time frame for that?
When I call NVC what number should I be quoting? I - 140 Filing Number of I - 824 Filing number?
How long should I be waiting from now on till NVC sends the Packet? What does the packet contain? After the paperwork sent by NVC in Packet is filled in and submitted, how long will be the processing time again?

What is the likely impact of previous H1B Extension denial and another H1B filing denial on my GC processing? My company fought legally and cleared all legal issues.

In the interim, what paperwork can I keep ready?
Any insights/comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,Extro
