Hi All,

I am planning to visit India and I need to get visa stamped while travelling back, but here comes my problem:

1. My Payroll and my current company is AAA

2. MY Client is ZZZ

3. My Client ZZZ is having prime vendor CCC

4. And CCC is having preferred vendor SSS

5. So My layers of work is in this way

AAA(My Company) -> SSS(Preferred Vendor of Prime Vendor) -> CCC(Prime Vendor of client) -> ZZZ(Client)

With this structure of layers, is it advisable to get the stamping in India with proper documentation??

Or

Better to prefer any other location like Jamaica/Mexico etc for stamping.

Please Advice.

Thanks in Advance

None of the above.

Avoid consultancies and find full time job.

The rules are the same all over the world.  Why are you doing such a stupid arrangement? It is not in your best interest and does not speak well for your credentials that you participate in such a scheme.  Value yourself more.

Hi Krishna,

I was in the same situation and I went to Calgary consulate last month, VO didnt even ask me a single question about the vendors even though she asked me about my employer and client. You dont need to worry until you have a proper documentation.
