Do they need stamping for dependent (H4) after I changed employer.

HI,

 

Me & my dependents got H1B stamping in 2013  (valid until 2015) with previous Employer then I transferred my visa to new Employer and I got new approval & I 94.

 

Now my dependent (H4) have vacation plan to india so do they need to get new stamping?. Is it mandatory?.

 

How about me if I travel out of country?.

 

Please suggest.

No need for stamping for anyone till 2015 (current visa validity). Your dependents need a copy of your new I797 during travel.
