I-140 in "Initial Review"-Can we use PD?

I was in US on H1 during Dec 2006 to March 2010. My I-140 was filed by my first employer in March-2009. I left US for 4 years and my H1 visa with first employer got expired in 2012. I got another employer who filed my H1 (cap-exempt) and I came back in May-2014 with second employer. My I-140 filed by first employer is still in "Initial Review" stage. Will I be able to get any benefit from my earlier GC filing if my second employer files for my GC? (NOTE: My old I-140 is still in Initial Review)

No, you can't reuse the PD. That would only be possible if the I-140 is approved.
