OPT denied

Hello,

 

                                I have applied for OPT on april 17^th, 2014 and gradutaion date is august 1^st. My OPT is rejected because I have filed before 90 days before my graduation.

I revecived a denial letter for the above reason and I cannot appeal it.

 

What is the best way to go forward:

1. Raise a motion

2. Reapply for OPT.

3. Extend my graduation till december and apply for OPT again

Just simply reapply....

Sit with the DSO at you school and go over the procedure since you do not appear to understand it.
