haaris.omair Posted June 10, 2014 Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 I am planning a visit to India during the month of July-Aug 2014, Currently I am on my OPT (STEM extension) and it expires in Nov 2014. My H1-B petition has been filed and it has been approved(it will be effective from Oct 1 2014). Is it safe for me to travel during this period of time? Do I need to get my H1B stamped?
