nitinware
Dear All, I have came to US from company A and working for them on H1B visa. My spouse which has H4 visa has not yet travelled to US and is still in India. I have got another lucrative offer from company B and they are willing to do my H1B transfer. I would like to know that if I do my H1B transfer then will my spouse who is still in India has to go for re-stamping or she can travel on same H4 visa. My spouse has never travelled on H4 visa. Any information is highly appreciated. Thanks, Nathan Link to comment

t75
H4 is dependent on H1B and not on H1B employer. Link to comment

I want to know that if she want to travel to US after I do my H1B transfer in India, what documents she needs to carry with herself. Do I need to send my new I-797B copy to her.
