prana211 Posted September 9, 2020 Report Share Posted September 9, 2020 (edited) Right now due to corona i am struck in india, is it possible for me to get I693 form done in india or i693 form done remotely since I did recently in 2019 with US doctor and was submitted to USCIS. I have Green card dates current and this RFE is for issuing the green card, rest all interview and other formalities of green card has been completed, please advice, what should I do. RFE states my last submission was in year 2016 while I got another I693 RFE in 2019 and I submitted fresh I693 form at that time , now can my Civil surgeon sign the form wihtout doing TB and Syphillis test remotely and seal the envelope. please advice if this will be okay for responding to RFE?
